Upon agreeing to the quotation, you place a formal purchase order (PO). We issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) detailing all agreed-upon terms for your final confirmation. You confirm and approve the PI, officially confirming the order.

Payment
We offer secure and flexible payment terms to suit your needs, commonly including:
T/T (Bank Transfer): A 30% deposit is required to initiate production, with the 70% balance paid before shipment. L/C (Letter of Credit): Accepted from reputable banks for larger orders. Other terms can be negotiated based on order value and our partnership.

Production & Quality Control
Once the deposit is received, our planning team schedules your order into production. Throughout the production process, our QC team conducts rigorous in-process inspections. Before shipment, a final random inspection is carried out to ensure all products meet our quality standards and your specifications.

Pre-Shipment Notification & Balance Payment
We notify you when production is complete and provide photos of the finished goods and packing for your reference. You are requested to settle the remaining balance payment at this stage.

Shipping & Logistics
After receiving the full payment, we arrange shipment immediately. We handle all necessary documentation and can ship via sea or air freight as per your instruction. We provide you with the shipping documents (Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, etc.).
